I have a lot of real estate books in my library and I found Everyday Real Estate Millionaires: How Average People Really Do It a nice easy read. Some great stories how different people at different points in their lives have been able to invest in real estate. My wife and I have purchased our first rental property (finally!) and are looking to purchase another shortly. Reading this book (over other more technical books) helped us to make the move forward and take that first step as a real estate investor. Great book and I recommend it to others. Loved the book.
